Continuing from post of 3/20/20

I checked the five cable connections and all seem ok.
I removed material and hold down magnets and centered head under camera and turned on Glowforge. No movement. Powered off and set head to home position (left rear). Powered up and no movement.

Thank you for letting us know that you checked the clips on your lid cable. Since everything is connected properly, it’s likely that the black cable on the lid has a problem. I’d like to send you a replacement for that cable, along with some instructions on how to replace it so we can get you back to printing as quickly as possible. I’m going to close this thread, and I’ll be in touch via email very soon with next steps.
