We were printing and everything was great! It stopped in the middle of the print and will not engrave or cut. The head moves everything works as usual just not laser power. We have cleaned it and tried to recalibrate but nothing helped. Also, just noticed a loud noise from the coolant box area. Any help would be greatly appreciated we have this wedding in 3 weeks!
Support will ask you to print the gift of good measure, and provide pics.
Of course, if nothing happens using default settings, then it’s likely the machine will need to be repaired or replaced.
