So I have been having cooling Issues with the Glowforge and may I say I hope they can call me back and help me resolve this matter since I have been in communication with them but I have not heard from them. Plus may I say I love Glowforge everything I was able to do , it helped my small business and being a small business I would hate to loose this amazing Machine in a month . Need help from you Glowforge please help.
Glowforge does not offer phone support. If you have a case open via email, this one will be closed and they will continue to work via email.
Then how do i get a follow up?
They will typically respond within one business day.
