Cork "countertop" engrave

So for the last little while I have been working on a camper build in the back of my 2010 Chevy Colorado. I finally got around to building the “cabinet” side of my rig, and got some really awesome cork veneer sheets from Ikea. No idea what they normally go for, but they were in the AS IS section for $5 a sheet. Pretty big too, nearly 2ft x 4ft!

Stuff cuts great (on table saw) and I was able to use it as my countertop in my build. Knew I would want to engrave something on it somewhere, so I came up with this for the end piece. I think it looks great!

I am going to have to check my ikea! Cork veneer sounds fun. I am alerady a cork lover so that would be cool to have. Cool design, too!

Thank you! I also love cork, and I’ve had good luck finding lots of cork items at Ikea for very cheap. I had never seen the sheets I got before, and can’t even find them on their website! Check your “As Is” section for sure
