I am not able to add a new file. The Create button isn’t showing up for me. I have tried different browsers and the same problem.
Are you logged into the app? Upper-right do you see your machine’s name? If you click it do you see “Logged in as…”?
I’m sorry to hear you ran into trouble. Let’s walk through some steps that should help get you back on track. Try refreshing the page after each step; if you still don’t see the Create button show up, continue to the next step.
- Log out of your account, and log back in
- Make sure you’re using one of these common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Update to the latest version of the browser:
- Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
- When you get there, the page will tell you if your browser is up to date. If not, there will be a big button that says “how to upgrade”
- Clear your cache and cookies. You can find instructions here: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Reboot your computer
That will most likely take care of the issue. If the Create button still isn’t showing up, please do the following so that we can investigate more deeply:
- Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
- Click the button that says “Link”
- Copy the highlighted link
- Reply to this, and paste in the link provided
