When using non Proofgrade materials, you will need to do some testing to determine proper power/speed settings. Use a small, simple design (like a circle or square) and start with a setting for a similar Proofgrade material. Since there are no Proofgrade fabrics, maybe start with the setting for 80 # cardstock and adjust as needed. Make sure to watch carefully when testing on light, thin material like this felt as you don’t want to start a fire. You want to cut with the fastest speed, lowest power setting that delivers a clean cut.

Pretty much any settings question you might have is answered in number six on my FAQ:
A special note for you since you have an Aura: blue materials don’t cut or engrave very well, if your felt is a blue color it may reflect the laser light from your aura.
Like @dklgood (and my faq entry) said, testing is going to be important.
