Crumtray has one elevated rib

hi there have my glowforge just a week and found a problem whit the crumb tray as you can see in the movie one rib is elevated.
what now? hope you can help me by sending me a new one that’s complete flat.

Can’t see the video (just blank white space) but if that is the case, they can surely send you a new crumb tray.

Photos would be better.

discourse often has issue with movies that are uploaded directly. it’s annoying. Youtube links work best for posting videos here.

Aha… it was scraping, not breathing!

They can send a replacement, but if it was me, I’d just sand it down. It doesn’t look like it’s even 1mm proud of the surface. I understand you shouldn’t have to…
