My GF was fine yesterday and today I logged in and all of my custom settings are gone. Am I alone in this or is this a global issue?
Looks like it’s not global.
Do you mean settings for a particular action (like Cut)
or do you mean within a specific design?
In either case I’d suggest trying in a different browser and/or clearing your cache to see if it’s a hiccup.
Also, both of those are specific to your login email so if by chance you have multiple accounts be sure you’re on the expected one…
Note that for engraving, vector and raster are different settings. i.e. if you have vector engrave settings, they are not available for raster.
Caused a bit of confusion when custom settings were first released. Seemed like settings were vanishing at random.
(Not global… all mine are there.)
Looks like that may have been the issue but I’ll try with a few other images. They were back this morning.
