It can be frustrating, support DOES suck, but when you have the GF set up, and everythings in the zone, it’s just awesome. I hope you get past this first negative experiance, and you have as much good luck / enjoyment as I have had with mine. And the people on the community page are ALWAYS willing to help with any issues that might show up.
