Customer service not helping

My LED’s won’t work on my glowforge and I contacted support about this issue they had me take pictures and they said it was the black main cord, they sent me another one and they are now saying the connection must be bad. Has anyone else ever had issues getting support to actually fix their problem. I feel like I’m being ran around in circles until my warranty is up so that they can start charging me instead of taking care of my issues. This may be one of my most regrettable purchases.

I’ve had a total of 29 email exchanges and nothing has been resolved now my Glowforge will not calibrate at all.
