What is the typical turn around time for customer service to reach out?! It’s so difficult to get an answer.
Typically it’s been about 1 business day, but this time of year they get slammed, so it can take longer.
FYI, posting in this section opens a support ticket, so if you’ve already opened one by email it’s a duplicate, which adds to their workload. If you just want community input, next time post over in Everything Else.
