Cutting bed size 12 or 11.5?

So the current specifications on the website indicate 11.5" x 20" but 12 is mentioned in a number of posts that I’ve been reading through.

Which is it? Can it cut only to 11.5 but you can fit a 12" board in? I’ve been using 12x12" boards on the laser at the local maker space and would hate to have to trim a bit off every board to use.

You can fit a 20x12 piece in, you just can’t reach it all with the laser.

You can actually fit flat material closer to 18"x20". 11"x19.5" is the current cutting size which is expected to increase to something like 11.5"x20"

Since the Basic and the Pro appear to have the same crumb tray / cutting bed design, designed to work with the Pro’s pass-through, you can place materials much larger than 12x20 – at work now, so can’t measure the distance from the inside of the front door to the back wall of the GF, but that’s the max physical size that would fit. :wink:
