I am needing to cut a 3/16" thick piece of delerin. Has anyone ever cut delerin? If so are do you happen to know of the cut setting to try? also any other preparations to consider?

Ok, delerin is really melty so you will need to experiment and use several passes to get through. I’ve cut 1/4" with it and after decided to use a router bit against it next time.

I cut 1/4” at 115/full. It does create a bit of a chamfered edge due to the melting.
