My glowforge has been working great for 2 days. Today I turned it on and it stuck on centering or scanning. Head wont move when turns on. Ive tried all the reboot list restarted my machine, checked all connections in lid and on head. reset wifi removed tray started with nothing on bed nothing. Please help I put in a ticket but I know that can take a bit.

That happened to me too, turned out the lid camera was dirty. Everything back to normal after I cleaned that luckily.
