The proofgrade acrylic I purchased from glowforge started another fire in my machine. I was right there, but before I could get it out, it burned through the belt. I have orders for customers and can’t even get a response to my emails. i had a problem once before and I was answered right away and the problem was completed handled within a few days. This time I am still waiting for a response on Tuesday from emails sent on Saturday.
Support doesn’t usually respond over the weekend, so most likely they just got your email yesterday. You could try the chat feature…or just be patient a little longer.
