Damaged shipment

I just wanted to say Thank You to the customer support team at Glowforge. I recently received an order that was damaged and beyond use. I sent images of the order and the damage, the packing information, and my order number/information. Within a day I received a text that my replacement was on its way. I know a lot of times we don’t give enough recognition to those who work hard to fill our needs.

So a big THANK YOU for all you do.
