I placed an order for a glowforge pro and was expecting delivery today. So far, I haven’t received any notification of shipment or any update that my order has been delayed. I’ve tried emailing support and am not getting a response. Does anyone know how long it is currently taking Glowforge to respond to emails? It’s been several days and I haven’t received a response. I’m trying to plan projects for my business and would just like to have an updated shipping time if possible. The communication has been lacking and kind of disappointing.
