Delay? No answer from support

Was suppose to receive my PLUS machine today. No update, no shipping info, no delay info. Beyond frustrated was ordered on 10.26.20 under the email shop.29designs@gmail.com
Anyone have suggestions to getting this resolved

I do suggest that you sign up for membership (free) at the two major shipping companies, UPS and FedEx. Typically you will hear from them that your shipment is on the way before you get a shipping notice from Glowforge.

I did that. and I have received nothing from either one of them.

I’m terribly sorry for the poor experience! I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
