Delivery date come and gone

Hi there. On Nov. 13th, I received the email saying that my Glowforge was ready for shipment. Wouhou! So I clicked on the link, gave my address and followed all instructions. Now, my estimated delivery date was Dec 7, so I thought I would hear from them at one point or another. But still no news.

I am wondering, is this normal? Did I forget to give them more information?

I’ve been waiting 3 years for my Glowforge (I am Canadian). I just would like to know what’s going on since I received the email.

I’m in the same boat. Our delivery date is stuck on December 14th. Same as you, got the email, got excited, followed all the steps, have been waiting 3 years, live in Ottawa…and nothing.

Any news would be appreciated!
