Delivery of Basic to Australia


Can someone from support please contact me regarding the status of my order? I have sent an email also but reading everyone’s posts this appears to be a better communication channel. My account has been showing my order is ready for shipping for well over a month but I still have received no contact from a shipping company.

Same here. I emailed support but just got a standard reply - “Best estimates etc” but no followup. Mine is ‘due’ 31st October.

Posting here is the same as sending an email - they both open support tickets that are then put into a queue, so you effectively opened two tickets that will need to be correlated before they proceed.
