Hi! Newbie here. I downloaded the mandala earring design, cut it once (worked great). Now I go back to open the design to cut again, and the space is empty. I tried downloading the design again (it won’t let me). I tried deleting the design to download again (it won’t delete). Please can anyone help?

Go into the design and click the 3 vertical dots on the toolbar. Select “design details” and then “reset design.”
