Design of the Month issue

I am a premium subscriber and yesterday I went through the purchase process for the February design of the month, the globe. It still has not appeared on my dashboard.

Hello @tjones, thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear the Vintage Globe design is not showing up for you.

I just re-added the design to your account. Could you please refresh your session to see if it appears? If you have a lot of designs on your dashboard, you might need to scroll down and click the “View All” link on the right hand side, in order to see it.

If it still does not show up, please do the following:

  1. Go to
  2. Look for the header that says “Your web browser’s unique URL”
  3. Click the button that says “Copy URL to Clipboard”
  4. Reply to this, and paste in the link provided

This will help us understand the circumstances around the issue so we can work on it for you. Thank you!
