just got a new thinkpad and running windows 10 pro. Already tried basic things but not sure what to next. even if I work on a project and go back to dashboard it won’t upload that either. Any help please.

Sometimes it is the file that is the problem. Are you able to open other files from the Dashboard?

not sure what but i did another reboot and they loaded. thank you guys for your responses.
