When I downloaded the Desktop Sugar Monster Box, two of the sides did not print. I went in and highlighted the sides I needed, and thinking I could remove the other items to only print the sides, deleted everything else. Now, when I go back in, only the two sides are shown in the file. Can I download the file again?
If this is a file you downloaded, you can just delete the project from your Dashboard and upload it again. If this is a design in your library already that was provided free, click the three dots and select Reset.
If these answers don’t solve it, you will need to wait for support. You have opened a ticket and they will be along to assist when they can.
