on my last cut of the day, I noticed everything was shaky. This is a material I use often, so I decided to clean the lenses and see if that was my issue. I began inspecting more when that didnt help, and found the carriage wheel is damaged. How do we go about getting a new one? I am really backed up on orders and need to get up and running quick!

You’ll probably be down for a week+ with shipping, so if you’re really behind on orders this may be the time to figure out a back-up plan by finding a local Tech Shop equivalent with a laser, or maybe another owner who is local to you.
