On 30th January I got a mail from Dan regarding the filter which I bought, saying it is ready. I filled out the information in the provided link right away but didn’t hear anything since.
Now I just wanted to know if everything went OK or if I need to do anything else.
If you log into www.glowforge.com/account you should see an estimated shipping date - if it’s past or there isn’t one, you’ve opened a ticket with support by posting here so someone will get back to your shortly with more info.
Because it has to do with your account they’ll most likely close this post and respond to you by email
