Double Cut Lines

Hello I am having an issue with double cut lines only on some pieces. I went ahead and removed the fill from the lines and ensured that the stroke was centered. I am befuddled on what is causing it to double cut the “Arc” and the “Runner Gear Pendulum”.

I am including my file. Can someone take a quick look and tell me if I am indeed missing something? I would very much appreciate it!

Yes. Many elements in your design have double (or more) paths.

It was being stubborn but ultimately I had to ungroup a ton of times and then split apart! Thanks
