Please change the settings for draftboard! lots of people are having problems with it not cutting all the way through. It almost never works for me!
Everything has been cleaned.
Try lowering your cut speed about 5 it works for me and it’s just a couple clicks.

Can you send me some photos of the following:
• Both windows
• Lens
• 45-degree mirror
• bottom of the print-head
