So i noticed this week that the “Hand tool” that used to be on top of the print screen has disappeared. What happened to it? I can’t scroll print area like I used to be able to. I now have to zoom out to grab something that is out of frame, what happened there?
It’s definitely still there for most of us - if you’ve got your window minimized (or zoomed in) it may be hiding.

Just an FYI. You can hold down the space bar and your pointer will turn into the hand it’s all I use any more.
