Dreaded orange/yellow button

Yesterday the orange/yellow button came on during an engrave job and I haven’t been able to solve the problem still. The temp in the room is 67° F and I’ve since taken the air assist off and cleaned it thoroughly. I checked the ribbon. All is good there that I can see. I’ve cleared browser history. I took a picture of the prongs. Our laser (first delivered package) arrived on 3/2/2020. It’s a Plus. Should be considered under warranty I would think since we haven’t had the full package for a year. I didn’t know if this was any quicker than emailing. This opens a ticket right?
