What editing software does everyone use to edit the recipe cards? If someone could send me a YouTube video that would be awesome

I use Photoshop but you can also use GIMP. (The free alternative.)

Plenty of videos for both on Youtube.

I used GIMP to do the handwritten-on-an-envelope recipe on a cutting board.

Usually it is some form of removing the background color and adjusting the contrast to get it a bit clearer.
