I already own a Pro model. I came to the site to look at the models to see if any changes or updates have been made to them since I bought mine a few years ago. Anyways, I watched the video on the product page and at the one (1:00) minute mark it shows a pro model sitting on top of a roughly 5" tall base. Is this something made by Glowforge? I think they need an upgrade to open the bottom up to allow for engraving of cups or drinking glasses…

Initially they were advertising the filter like that. It never went to market as far as I know and ended up being a floor model. I don’t know why they would still have pics of that though lol.
