We got our machine back Monday from being sent in because of a misalignment issue. When we set it up we tested it again and it now is misaligned north of the object. We went an email into support but have not heard back yet. We also included pics of the misalignment that is happening now. Also the trace feature is off and it is going northeast of when the lines are at.
Well, now you have 2 tickets.
And they’ll say,~ we see you’ve emailed us already and will follow up there.
Then lock this thread. They just take a while sometimes though the time does seem to be decreasing.
