When I design the frase on dashboard, is perfect , I can see on computer screen that will will be engraved where I wanted it.
BUT when I press PRINT…will engrave outside the material .
What am I missing ???PLEASE, help, I been waisting a lot of materials so far.
Do you use “set focus” before you place your graphic?

Place material and select the material in the interface. Use the set focus tool making sure that the red beam lands squarely on the material in the area that you will place your artwork. Place your artwork. Click print and press the button.
