Hello all,
I’ve started back up creating with my GF and tonight I went to do an engrave, except it’ll only allow me to do it as an HD graphic, which takes over 2.5 hours (I’d rather not). When I try to select ‘draft’ or ‘SD’ it tells me ‘no artwork’ at the top where you click ‘print’. Has anyone else run into this? Thanks in advance for any help!
When it says no artwork the artwork doesn’t fit inside the process boundary. The draft and SD engraves use faster speed so the GF needs more room to accelerate and decelerate so the boundry is smaller.
