Error for Pro HD

I am trying to print a simple design that I have done many times before but lately I am getting this error message

“ PAUSED

Press the button on your Glowforge to continue printing, or click below to cancel.

CANCEL PRINT”

This pops up after the flashing blue button has already been pushed. The laser head starts “noising” louder then usual but does not move and the blue button comes on steady (not flashing )

I have done the following:

Pushed the solid blue button multiple times
Restarted the machine multiple times
Refreshed the browser multiple times
Change from Glowforge wood (1/8, 1/4) to Glowforge acrylic and back again

I cleaned the machine a week ago as recommended to do periodically. It worked beautifully then started this craziness three days ago . I did all of the above things multiple times then and it did start working beautifully again. But today it stopped again and doing the above multiple times has not made it start cutting again.

Can anyone suggest a solution or a source where I can do some research.

Did your issue get resolved?
First, I would reboot the Glowforge, reboot my computer. Then try a test print. Make sure nothing is touching the button on my machine (sometimes I have materials etc on the side near the button, I know that’s probably not the problem for you, but always worth mentioning the obvious just in case). If the problem persists, then I would reach out to support. They should be able to help by reviewing the log for your machine and troubleshooting things with you.
