I cleaned my laser today because it wasnt cutting all the way through…and then I got an error in uploading a new file. I also performed a SW update on my Mac in this process. I can cut an already uploaded image, I just cant upload a new file, I keep getting an error message. I’m thinking it might be because of the SW update. What are some ways to trouble shoot this?
It’s seems to be happening to everyone. Seems there’s nothing to be done until support notices and fixes it.
I am a GF tech, having the same issues. Hang tight, we’ll have an answer to this issue ASAP.
