I need to contact a staff member of glowforge. I am experiencing interlock issues. Can anyone guide me in the right direction thanks in advance.

(In the meantime, if you want to speed up the process, describe exactly what the issue is, and what steps you have taken to resolve it…be as detailed as you can. It knocks days off of the troubleshooting.)
