When I try and upload files to the app I am receiving errors.

It only seems to be happening when I try and upload a file, I can open files which are already in the catalog. I have powered on and off my GF and closed the browser as well. The issue doesn’t seem to be a problem with the GF but with the app?
Okay, glad it’s not just me. I got something new to upload about 15-20 minutes ago and successfully finished the job, engraving and cutting. After that, nothing. Tried a few suggestions from another thread, but no luck. Then I found this thread. Hopefully they resolve this soon.
I second that! I just fired up and got the same message. Also tried restarting my computer, clearing history, and turning off/on my Glowforge! Hopefully they get it up and running soon! My kids are napping…
Kind of glad it’s not just me and there really is a problem with my GF. I figured it’s their app since I can open other files. I was hoping to get around the issue by uploading a file into a design that was already there. No such luck, their app is broken.
@jstus I’m sorry for the trouble you are having with slowness, unresponsiveness, or uploads failing in the Glowforge application. We are seeing this, too.
We are investigating this now and are working to have everything back online soon.
@jstus Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding this. We did have an issue which impacted your ability to upload, which should now be resolved.
Everyone please try your upload again. If you are still having the same issue, please create your own forum post or send us an email and we’ll make sure that we get this taken care of for you
