I’m getting the following error message on my glowforge - I’ve restarted my browser, tried a different browser and unplugged and plugged back in the actual Glowforge. Any ideas?
Reboot your computer?
Support has a process they have recommended here in the past, but it should never be performed unless they specifically tell you to. It could potentially brick your machine completely, so you should wait for them to check in and suggest next steps.
In the meantime, you could see if you get the same error if you access the app from another device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.)
