I have been having non stop trouble lately. Half the time i have to change my image to a pdf instead of the svg , it has not shown some items and now i tried to send one and it says 100% instead of the wedding tree i sent to it that is with the pdf, if i send it svg it says to restart my glowforge. i have done that several times and still nothing. this has been a non stop problem for the last few days and i am not using it nearly as much as I have in the past. I have an order i need to finish by Saturday please tell me a solution!!!
If you want to load the file here I can take a look at it. Just drag and drop the SVG or PDF file onto a NEW LINE in a reply. (Hit Enter first to start the new line, then drag and drop).
I’m sorry that you’re running into trouble when trying to print. I see that you’ve emailed us about this, and I’ve sent you a response there, so I’m going to close this thread.
