I’m waiting for the car responses from those weirdos who prefer cats to dogs!:joy:

But wife has allergies so no cats for me.
You don’t have to pick up their poop. They don’t insist you watch them poop.
They purr.
Other than that they’re about the same

Who cleans out the litter box? That doesn’t sound like picking up poop does it? :slightly_smiling_face:

Then you’re doing it wrong. Cat poop goes outside in the ground. In my brothers case, his cat’s poop goes in the tunnels of moles she hasn’t caught yet.

Now that’s a well trained kitty!

I’ll tell my wife :grinning: Ours are indoor cats.

The dog goes in the woods.

I honestly don’t understand “indoor” cats. But hey, I should apologize, some people may like scooping kitty poo.

I understand cats on leashes even less though so…

Nothing like taking kitty for a brisk drag first thing in the morning. :joy:

Indoor kitty? Yes, there are hungry coyotes in my neck of the woods (and cats are good eatin’).

Kitty poo scooping? No way! https://youtu.be/e4PaCFL1js0

People laugh at me, but I never scoop, never smell kitty excrement, and only have to empty the thing every two weeks. Worth. Every. Cent. :cat2:

I lived with my grandma for a few years in college and I had a cat. She kept having to remind me to empty the litter box so she got me an auto-box. It had a rake thing that pushed the clumps off on end. It was a sucky Christmas present, but it worked well.

No cats now so don’t need to worry about it any more.

Umm, if you have dogs and cats, the cat box cleans itself. Haven’t you ever heard of “kittyroca”? Dogs love it!
