no matter how hard I try I can’t roll this bamboo into a joint… 
Bamboo is a neat material, you just have to be ready for the inevitable lines of the lamination to be evident. All a matter of perspective really, that just shows that it is a naturally varying material.
you can turn the backside of your cutting board into art for display when not in use.
