@j2jgarcia and @blue.lane Iâm sorry youâre both still running into slowdowns with the Glowfoge App after we rolled out a fix. If you have not already done so, can you create a support request by emailing support@glowforge.com? The phone number that @rebekah mentioned (+1-855-338-2122) is available from 10am to 3pm PST on weekends. That can help us narrow down the cause and solution,
Still stuck in focussing homing scanning etc, extremely slow, after 10 minutes something moves but it doesnât get to print
After an hour I finally got a picture back from the material in the GF.

This happens very often with my Pro. Just started doing that about 2 1/2 months ago. Never got an answer as to why and it is NOT my wifi!
Definitely not resolved. Will have to call Glowforge tomorrow, hopefully thereâs a resolution or one in the works. I canât get it to print. This is not good.
No, nothing for weeks. Today I could finally cut something. It seems the machine just stops working for long periods of time because some cloud processes are not working as they should. Patiently waiting for an answer.
