Seems like this would invite kids to play with the outlets, sort of defeats the purpose?

It looks nice, but is impractical. I did like the hidden key under the rug, however. That was a nice touch.
You’ve just described almost every laser project. 
Sometimes looking nice is its own reward, yeah?

Lol. I wasn’t trying to knock it…I was just imagining me snapping the door off while yanking on the cord to unplug the vacuum, or something of the like.
