You are going to be amazed at how much quieter it is. You will wish you had done this much sooner.
you are brave, pressurizing the output from the fan like that.
I built a mount that fits in the window space and fan is set up to blow directly out the vent pipe.
it is rather clunky but the fan is mounted solidly and the long snout before the vent opening helps to make sure I don’t get any exhaust air back in.
