Feature request - put warning on "out of range" elements

Please add a visual warning to design elements that are “out of range”.

Skipped photo engrave

Hi, I’m very new with my GF. I just used a link someone in the GF community shared for a jigsaw puzzle. I added a photo, and the names of my children on top of the photo. It only engraved the names and cut the puzzle pieces, and did not not engrave the photo at all. The order of the steps were the names first, the photo second, and the puzzle last. I used medium draft board. Does anyone know why this happened?? [image]

I had this problem too. A single letter was out of the engrave area and was missed.

Yes please, and more immediate feedback when moving things to show whether they are in or out of range.

At the moment if you move something you have to click off it to see if it has gone grey or not.

Try it with a single line - which I do a lot cutting off waste neatly.

That’s a great idea for a feature - thanks for the suggestion! We haven’t announced anything like that yet, but I’m going to send it to our product team with a note that it came from a customer request.
