File upload issues - send in a ticket

I am unable to upload any designs to the dashboard. I have reset/refreshed all systems and the problem persists. I have put in a ticket, I hope others who are experiencing the same issues will do so as well!

same issue with me its so frustrating, and lots need to be done.

I’m having the same issues. Have restarted both computer and glowforge…

Looks like we got GF techs attention! It’s a major system outage. You can check on and subscribe to system updates here: Glowforge Status

creating a post in the problems and support section of the forum will open one. but GF knows this is going on, another user had posted a reply they received, and they are investigating.
