Would be great if I could see all the posts I made to this forum from ‘my account’ tab. That way I can follow up on all existing issues that have not been resolved.
I’m not 100% sure what you’re trying to do, but if you click on your icon on the upper right side and then your username, you can see all of your activity.

I would like to see a list of posts I created in the ‘my account’ (top right) that basically equates to:

Using the exact method that @ChristyM mentioned, you can click to see:
