Welcome to the forum @missmello! I really appreciate your jumping right in and posting some inspirational work right off the bat. It is especially helpful to have these successes at the moment, given some of the problems and issues folks are running into. Looks like you have a winner and know what to do with it!
Gorilla Tape, would weed in 1 pass.
I never have the best luck with tape, even Gorilla tape, although it does a lot better than the alternatives for sure. It always takes multiple passes if I start with it.
My favorite is still the plastic razor blades. (With Gorilla tape as a follow up if I miss anything.) 
Bit of everything here, depending on what Iām doing. Yes, plastic razor blades would rock for weeding those.
Dragging a piece of masking across the surface with your finger tip rolls little bits right off.
